To blog or not to blog...

There is little left of the food world that remains untouched. A million ingredients have been used in a million different ways. Inventions that pick, juice, and practically drink the substance for you have come and gone on our home shopping networks. Movies, magazines, entire television networks, and--of course!-- internet blogs have been dedicated to studying, praising, and sharing the wonderful world of food.

And now I join this circus! To what point and purpose, one might ask? What do I have to offer? What can I have to say? To put it bluntly, why should you care?

Because you love food. Food may have been done up and down, deep fried and sauteed, shaken not stirred, but never fear! Like so many things in life, it never ceases to amaze and entrance. In the hopes of entertainment and enjoyment, let me quote dear Julia Child: Bon Appetit!
